As Founder and CEO, Steve’s focus is on maintaining the overall vision of SERV and directing key decisions for the organization. He works closely with his staff to ensure the direction for the organization. Steve also leads trips several times a year to Kenya, Costa Rica and Cambodia.
Steve deeply believes in radical giving. "I believe that the more we see, the more we become responsible for. In spite of who we are, God continues to use us to affect life-change in people around the world, and that is what drives me daily.”
Canton, Georgia, is home for Steve, his wife Dawn and their children Brian, Blake and Katie. They are members of Revolution Church.

MANAGER OF HOUSE OF HOPE
Moses is a born again Christian and was raised in Turkana Land in northern Kenya. Being a Christ follower, he sees it a privilege to serve the Lord through House of Hope by giving hope to the hopeless and embracing them as his own. Through SERV international, he has known that there are no small places or small people - all are precious in the sight of God. "For sure, serving our great God with His strengths in a small way is greatness.”
Karen has always had a heart for missions and serving. In 2015 on a trip to Cambodia, she believes the Lord asked her to be the voice for those without a voice. She joins SERV with a passion to bring to light the atrocities of the human sex trafficking industry and to bring hope to those caught in the cycle of poverty. Married for 26 years and the mother of 4, her greatest desire is to glorify God and to ignite a passion in others for the nations.
As Cambodian Ambassador, Alex helps to provide a voice for the oppressed and victims of Human Trafficking. She is involved in raising awareness of the issue and informing others on how SERV is working to help prevent this from occurring.
Alex has over 15 years of industry experience with a concentration in strategic business development and technology transformation.
'When I first learned of the growing issue of Human Trafficking and Slavery, God placed it on my heart to take action. Admittedly, I didn't realize that it wouldn't be until 10 years later and that the journey would lead to Cambodia, but as it always, God's plan is perfect.'
Alex is a member at Revolution Church.
